Terms of Service

By accessing or using TCF Practice at https://tcfpractice.omnipotent.live, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• The application is provided free of charge.
• No payment is required to use TCF Practice.
• No subscription is required.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.

You may still incur charges from third-party AI providers when you use your own API key. Those charges are between you and the provider.

TCF Practice is a learning platform only. It helps you practise writing for the TCF Canada exam. It does not administer the official exam and is not affiliated with France Éducation international, IRCC, or any government body.

You agree:

• to use the application legally and in good faith;
• not to abuse, overload, or disrupt the service;
• not to upload illegal content;
• not to upload offensive, harassing, or harmful material;
• not to upload malware or attempt to compromise the application;
• not to attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• to review AI-generated feedback critically before relying on it.

• You are solely responsible for questions and content you upload.
• You should only upload content you have permission to share.
• Do not include personal information about yourself or others in public questions.
• The application reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

AI responses provided through TCF Practice:

• may contain mistakes, omissions, or inconsistencies;
• are not official TCF scores or results;
• should not be considered professional, legal, or immigration advice;
• are generated by third-party providers using your API key.

You are responsible for:

• your own API accounts and credentials;
• your own API costs and billing;
• your own API usage limits and compliance with provider terms.

The application owner is not responsible for charges, outages, errors, or policy violations arising from your use of third-party AI providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the application does not guarantee:

• passing the TCF Canada examination;
• any immigration, visa, or residency outcome;
• specific language proficiency improvements;
• acceptance by any school, employer, or institution.

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and operators of TCF Practice shall not be liable for:

• AI mistakes, hallucinations, or incorrect evaluations;
• exam results or immigration decisions;
• data loss or corruption;
• service interruptions or downtime;
• API provider outages or rate limits;
• user decisions made based on AI feedback;
• any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in spam, abuse, illegal activity, malicious behaviour, or attempts to compromise the application. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
